GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

It is hereby notified that, under the powers given by Ordinance No. 6 of 1866, His Excellency the GOVERNOR in Council has resolved that in such cases as the Harbor Master may consider it expedient, by and with the permission of the GOVERNOR, to dispense with the whole or any part of the fees for Anchorage Passes, and Clearances otherwise payable by Licensed Junks, he shall have power to remit such Fees, either wholly or in part; and also to annex to any License a Special Permit granting such exemptions and privileges as the GOVERNOR may from time to time deem expedient.
